Keys, programming, coding and repairs are tested with you before the job is complete. If something isn't right, contact us as soon as possible on 07305 010508 or support@autoecu.co.uk and we'll put it right. Our no fix, no fee policy applies to car key making and programming.
Parts and keys
Keys and parts that have been cut, programmed or coded to a specific vehicle are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced.
Mail-in and postal items
Unused, uncut and unprogrammed items bought remotely can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Contact us first for a returns address. Your statutory rights are not affected.
