You, the customer
Here at AutoECU we value the owner and their car as much as our own. We promise to make sure you're happy with the service you receive, and we push to keep it to safe, satisfactory standards. If we don't offer exactly the support you need, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist, so don't hesitate to get in touch.
Quality of service
Our newly cut keys and remote fobs are tried and tested before the job is considered complete, but it doesn't end there. If you're not happy with the service, call or email us directly. Our happiness relies on your happiness, so please don't worry if things don't turn out the way they should. We're here to help.
Keys
Our keys are made to replicate or replace your original OEM master key. Our aim is a 1-to-1 identical copy that looks, feels and works just like your original. If it doesn't, we've failed you. Some jobs need booking ahead so we can prepare for your model.
Punctuality
When we book an appointment, it's our duty to meet you within 10 minutes of the agreed time. If we can come earlier, we'll call to check you're happy. We may also call ahead to make sure you're still good to go.
No fix, no fee
We work on a no fix, no fee basis when making and programming car keys. Sometimes a car won't let us create a key, due to an ECU issue, a faulty tool or part, or something we simply can't overcome. In that case we won't charge for our time or effort. As humans, we can only apologise and hope you understand we tried our best.
