Can you program a spare key for a Ferrari?

My Ferrari has a load of warning lights after sitting all winter, is it serious?
Often it's low voltage making the modules log faults, but it needs a proper scan to be sure. AutoECU can diagnose it, clear the harmless codes and track down anything genuine.
