About Infiniti
Infiniti was Nissan's premium arm, selling big-hearted V6 saloons, coupes and SUVs in the UK from 2008 until it bowed out in 2020. They're rare, stylish and well built, though with no UK dealers left, owners can feel a bit like the last guests at the party when a key goes missing.

Infiniti questions
Infiniti has left the UK, where can I get a new key?
You don't need a dealer: most Infinitis can have new keys programmed on site through the OBD port. That covers spares and all-keys-lost. Proof of ownership is required, so drop AutoECU a message with your reg.
Is the Infiniti Q30 key the same as a Mercedes key?
The Q30 and QX30 are built on Mercedes A-Class underpinnings, so their key and immobiliser work differently to other Infinitis. It's a specialist job but doable. Contact AutoECU and we'll check your car.
My Infiniti Q50 screen has frozen or gone blank, can it be fixed?
Often yes. It can be a software, power supply or module fault, and a proper diagnostic tells you which before you spend money on parts. Book a diagnostic with AutoECU and we'll find the cause.
